Design and Styling

In the LF-Gh, Lexus L-Finesse design continues to evolve in compelling new directions, with select features slated to migrate to future models. The latest Lexus concept takes an assertive, agile stance, further offset by the raised hood and bold new spindle-shaped grille. As just one example of how the LF-Gh ingeniously merges form and function, the distinctive grille also contributes to enhanced aerodynamics and higher-speed stability. 

As expected, the spacious cabin is a statement on grand touring luxury, serenity and comfort. But with every detail meticulously re-examined, the LF-Gh also hints at an all-new future Lexus interior. In a subtle shift in Lexus design, the driver's intuitive meter panel features a unique luxury focal point – an exclusive analog timepiece with a three-dimensional face. LF-Ch

The striking LF-Ch compact luxury hybrid concept points toward another dynamic dimension in the evolution of the Lexus hybrid lineup - a sporty, and versatile, and advanced five-door vehicle.

Design and Styling

With its wide stance, aggressive grille, sculpted lines and athletic posture, the LF-Ch concept expresses confidence, strength and agility from every perspective. While it offers five-door practicality, clever design details such as the blackened B-pillar and hidden rear door button give the LF-Ch a sleek sport coupe profile.

The LF-Ch four-seat cabin is elegant, contemporary and intuitively functional. Machined metal, handcrafted leather, and blue headliner lighting merge perfectly to create the ambience of a sophisticated urban lounge. Up front, the instrument panel features large twin dials embellished with a turbine blade design. And rear passengers can enjoy headrest-mounted iPhone® docking.

Power and Performance

The LF-Ch features the same advanced Lexus Hybrid Drive technology similar to that found on our current luxury hybrid, like the all-new HS 250h and RX 450h. At the touch of a button the driver can select from four distinct drive modes - Normal, Eco, EV, and Sport. The Eco and EV modes maximize efficiency, while  the Sport mode instantly boosts throttle response for enthusiastic driving in tune with the LF-Ch's sharp handling. 

LF-X

One look at the LF-X (Lexus Future Crossover) makes it clear that Lexus is looking well beyond current SUV formulas. The LF-X combines dramatic styling, outstanding performance, premium luxury and practical versatility.

Design and Styling

The LF-X concept expresses the Lexus L-Finesse design philosophy, incorporating incisive simplicity,  understated elegance and driver-focused technology. The overall shape of the LF-X reinforces its all-wheel drive capability, while the distinctive shoulder form and low-set grille confirm its performance potential. 

Intended to evoke the sophistication, functionality and luxurious comfort of an executive jet, the interior is remarkably clean and uncluttered with a driver-oriented feel. The instrument panel uses advanced technology to allow drivers to customize displays and information to their needs.

Power and Performance

The LF-X concept brings together the security of all-wheel drive with a dynamic form that offers both utility and forceful styling. Powered by a 4.3-litre 300-horsepower V8 engine, paired with a five-speed automatic transmission, the LF-X has an athletic chassis with height-adjustable suspension to match high-performance expectations.

LF-C 

Unveiled in April 2004, the LF-C coupe concept launched a bold and entirely new direction in styling for Lexus. This sleek, silver bullet is an inspiring example of future performance coupes.

Design and Styling

With its broad stance, short overhangs and sculpted lines the LF-C strikes a fast, aggressive posture. Among the remarkable Lexus innovations is the one-of-a-kind, 4-position retractable hardtop. At the touch of a button, the coupe can be automatically transformed into a convertible, a targa or a speedster.

The performance-oriented interior features drive-by-wire steering and Formula One inspired shifter and steering wheeled. With ample room for passengers, the four lightweight individual bucket seats use slender shapes to contrast sport and elegance.

Power and Performance

The rear-wheel drive LF-C is powered by a high-output, front-mounted V8 engine mated to a 6-speed sequential automatic transmission. In appearance, interior layout, speed and handling, the LF-C leaves little doubt about performance.
