This system is designed to adjust the labour rate that we charge for work, based on the complexity of the work being performed. What this means is that when a technician is performing relatively simple routine maintenance on your vehicle (oil changes for example) you will pay a lower labour rate than when he is undertaking a complex (high-tech) repair.

This results in lower charges for the majority of work that is performed and the savings on these repairs is passed directly to our customers.
