The overall experience and drive for perfection has indeed been the reason for going for Lexus, but if you want to get real value with these kinds of surveys, you must not set too high of an expectation for your dealership and staff through these surveys. Because often qualitative things are what matters most, and quantitative surveys often cannot show that.
